    Event #1 - It's not you, it's Gaslighting

Gaslighting is a type of social and psychological abuse that happens all too often in many areas of our lives. The workplace is not excluded. This abuse happens when the victim is made to question their own reality, including their own capabilities, emotions, or even words.

This workshop with Michelle the Mindset Coach and Prof. Jessica Doyle will show you how to identify gaslighting and tools to overcome this common form of bullying.

  • workplace microaggressions

Event #2 - Microaggressions: Break the Cycle

Learn from Bame to Boardroom founder, Louisa Joseph in this hour-long workshop that leave you with the tools needed to become an affective ally against microaggressions at work. You will not only learn what they are and why they are so harmful but also how to identify them, how to best show up for colleagues experiencing this abuse, and how to create a personal action plan for stopping this cycle.

  • Event #3 - The Psychology of Selves: Beyond Imposter Syndrome

Do you have the stress inducing team of The Pleaser, The Pusher and The Perfectionist? Join Dr. Hannah Roberts in this workshop and discover how to overcome imposter syndrome by separating from their agendas and regaining real choice in your behaviours and actions. Leave with three gold standard tools to break the cycle of pre-empting, overthinking and ruminating and unlock your true potential.

  • Event #4 - How To: Elevate Self Confidence and Believe in You

Self-confidence is the way we express our self-belief. It revolves around how much we trust ourselves as we interact with the world around us. Our experience of inner confidence can be sensed by others who are interacting with us. Self-belief is the story we tell ourselves about our abilities - it is what we believe we can do or be or have.

Identify the beliefs that hold you back with Leadership Coach Sue Gammons and develop strategies to help you be your most confident self.
