The Speak Out Talks

Neurodiversity in the workplace

In this talk, Rachel Craddock discusses #neurodiversity, aiming to start open discussions about how to develop awareness, understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity. The session will explore what neurodiversity is, discuss the benefits of a neurodiverse work place and present some of the issues neurodivergent people face on a daily basis. Rachel Craddock, one of Thales Research, Technology and Innovation’s technical consultants, is leading the Neurodiversity and Inclusion work for Thales in the UK.

This event welcomes attendees from all genders and all organisations.
