Cait Sim is a Campaigns & Communications Consultant with a strong track record of empowering advocacy organisations to drive meaningful change.

In 2020 she founded Visible Platform, an initiative that tackled the underreporting of harassment on public transport through public awareness, stakeholder engagement, and media campaigning. Since then her experience across the social impact and policy landscape has enabled her to support charities and grassroots campaigns in everything from operational strategy and KPI development to media relations and legislative reform.
