Speak Out Allied Event

A 90-minute workshop on self-confidence and self-belief led by Leadership Coach Sue Gammons

“Nobody can make you feel inferior without your consent.” Eleanor Roosevelt

Self-confidence is the way we express our self-belief. It revolves around how much we trust ourselves as we interact with the world around us. Our experience of inner confidence can be sensed by others who are interacting with us. Self-belief is the story we tell ourselves about our abilities - it is what we believe we can do or be or have.

In this 90 minute workshop, Leadership Coach Sue Gammons will lead you to explore your own relationship with self-confidence, identify the beliefs that hold you back and identify strategies to help you be your most confident self.
