The Speak Out Talks

Inclusion in transport

In this talk, Daisy Chapman Chamberlain discusses inclusion in transport, a key topic, as we look to recovery of transport following COVID-19. This talk will look especially at rail (but with shared themes across transport modes) and focus on disability and neurodiversity considerations, plus references to gender and LGBT+ inclusion needs.

Daisy is the Rail Knowledge Transfer Manager at Knowledge Transfer Network, with a passion for transport transformation, accessibility, sustainability and inclusion.

Daisy provides innovation and funding stream support to companies within the rail sector and supply chain and promoting knowledge transfer between the science base and the industry, alongside key rail stakeholders, ensuring delivery of key regional and national strategies. She is also the lead on Accessible & Inclusive Mobility (AIM) including supporting & driving business innovation in AIM across transport modes.

This event welcomes attendees from all genders and all organisations.

We hope that you can join us!
