Resilience: Strategies for Managing Pressure

Speak Out Allied Event

60 Minute Workshop: Explore how we operate, the nature and effects of stress and what we need individually to build our resilience.

Continuous disruption, change and pressure are becoming the everyday norm in the modern workplace.

In this session, Professional Coach Caroline Griffiths will guide us to explore how we operate, the nature and effects of stress and what we need individually to build our resilience capability in our personal and professional lives.

About our amazing ally:

Caroline started her career at Mars, Inc. back in 2000. She is people focused and builds lasting relationships, reputation and trust based on her principles of professionalism, integrity and honesty. Having lived and worked abroad in diverse cultures and sometimes complex environments, Caroline can relate to many of the challenges her clients face. The bulk of her corporate life was in HR, Learning & Development and Digital learning. Over the last five years as Director of CRe8learning Ltd, she has partnered with global clients and worked successfully with diverse groups and cultures as a learning and leadership consultant, facilitator and ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited coach.

Caroline helps experienced professionals shift underlying thoughts, that inner critical voice, so that they can see themselves positively and feel empowered and confident to achieve the change they desire. She works with clients to help them harness their individual talent and knowledge to be able to anticipate changes – both positive and negative – easing transitions and minimising the possibility of unwanted outcomes so that they are in control of their life and directing their own career.

“I am a results-oriented coach providing a safe, non-judgemental space for individuals to explore and move towards desired goals. I support my clients to focus on what truly matters to them and a practical alignment to their working environment”.
